The Vikings have Valhalla and Tikiphiles have the Mai Kai. The difference is Vikings have to be dead and on fire in a burning funeral ship to see Valhalla while there is no death and no pain involved in a visit to the Tiki mecca that is the Mai Kai. Quite the contrary as a visit to the Mai Kai is one of the most pleasant things I can imagine.
